Privacy Policy
This notice describes Coffee Rotator account information and our optional member text-message program.
Information you provide
When you create or manage an account, you provide information such as your name, email, coffee preferences and membership choices. If you choose text notifications, you provide a mobile number and your text-message preference. We use this information to manage your account, coffee selections and requested notifications.
Mobile information and consent
Text notifications are optional and cover coffee selection reminders and order updates, not promotions. Providing a phone number or becoming a member does not by itself give permission to send text messages.
Coffee Rotator will not share mobile information or SMS opt-in and consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers involved in operating your requested notifications may process the information needed to deliver those notifications; this does not permit them to use your mobile information or consent for marketing.
Your choices
You can decline text messages and still join, purchase coffee and receive email reminders. Choose Email only and save your preferences in My Account to turn off text notifications. Once texting launches, you can also reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Texting is not active yet; email reminders continue.
