Decaf Colombia

A regional blend selected from several estates in Valle del Cauca and designed to be every bit as satisfying as a caffeinated coffee, whether brewed as espresso or drip. The sugarcane process uses naturally derived ethyl acetate to remove about 97% of the caffeine while preserving flavor, yielding a sweet, balanced cup with milk chocolate and almond notes.
